With our All Shook Up show just days away, we thought you’d like to meet the lovely who will be heading up the bill… Here she is – it’s Whisky Falls!
Scotch by name and Scotch by nature, Whisky Falls is a performer who will definitely leave you both shaken and stirred! Although London-based, Whisky hails from Aberdeen and has performed on high profile bills all over. With years of dance and theatre experience tucked under her heavily rhinestoned garter, Whisky’s acts are loaded with poise, polish and her awesome dance skills and sensuality are real audience-pleasers. And who else does the splits over two chairs? Coupled with stunning costumes that peel off in the most unexpected ways, Whisky will leave you more than a bit intoxicated!
When not taking the cabaret world by storm by night, by day you can find Whisky choreographing and teaching dance. She’s classically trained and is also a demon when it comes to whipping up the audience through her tap duet with Jeanie Wishes (as The Flapper Tappers), as anyone who was at this years London Burlesque Festival Crown Jewels Night will testify. That’s not all, she also sings and is the artistic director of cabaret/burlesque troupe The Roseates. Phew! We don’t know how she crams it all in!
We cannot wait for Saturday’s show where she will be debuting her brand new A Dram Of Whisky – expect a showgirl pour of the Scottish kind! Best served neat!
Whisky Falls will be bringing some of that Scottish charm to Wales this Saturday 20 August. Get there early to get the best seats in the house! Doors open 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
