With out height of summer show, set to live up to its Hot, Hot, Hot moniker, hitting Swansea Grand Theatre Arts Wing tomorrow night, we thought we’d better introduce you to one of the headliners! Step forward our flame-haired fire cracker Amber Topaz!

Amber By Veronika MarxGQ Magazine call her an “explosion of charisma and stage presence unmatched, between music and songs, comedy and seduction” and anyone who has seen Amber Topaz in action will agree! Amber has been lighting up stages the world over and whipping up a theatrical storm for over a decade with her special blend of comedy, burlesque and some of the most powerful vocals you’re likely to treat your eardrums to! At home on huge stages as part of massive theatrical spectaculars as well as intimate and in-your-face, Ms Topaz’ acts are always performed to absolute perfection. Carving a career which began at a tender age, dedicating countless hours to perfecting dance skills, she first hit the stage at 12 years old and has never looked back. Showbiz clients include David Bailey, Citroen and prestigious performances include representing the United Kingdom at Miss Exotic World 2008 in Las Vegas, performing in front of legends including Mary Quant and Michael Winner as Sir Terrance Conran’s 80th birthday surprise and some of you may remember her as part of Heston Blumenthal’s cream tease on his Gothic Horror Feast. Plus she’s a nominee of many, many awards including Best Burlesque Act at the London Cabaret Awards and is the current holder of the title ‘Bohemian Queen Of Burlesque’ from the Bohemian Burlesque Festival in Prague.

We really can’t wait for this whirlwind of perfect proportions to hit the stage tomorrow night, alongside Missy Malone, Petula Goldfever, Allota Pernas, Lilly Laudanum and Cariad Cwtch…

Doors open at 7.30pm – make sure you get there early to grab the best seats in the house!
